As a new director with the Canadian Coast Guard, I have benefited greatly from executive level coaching through Shell Langille. I had the privilege of meeting Shelley in 2014 when I was living in Victoria. It was a chance meeting through a VIATEC fundraising event, and she and I share the same positive, outgoing energy so we connected straight away.
